Allows users to adapt the regulatory provisions in the Growing Greener book to suit local conditions

Contains more than 50 illustrated commentaries, several featuring up to eight images from Randall Arendt’s slide programs. Each image series is accompanied by descriptive commentary, easily accessed by clicking on highlighted terms in the ordinance texts.

Also includes several brief video clips featuring scenes from a number of successful conservation subdivisions, together with interviews with the developers and residents.

Other features of the CD include:

• Hyperlinks in green-colored text which make it easy to access cross-references, with blue links leading to specific definitions, and red links connecting you to commentaries illustrated with color images, image sequences, and video clips.

• Dual-frame display with the Table of Contents continuously shown on the left side, tracking your location in the text (displayed on the right side), for ease of use in navigating through the documents.

• And a search function that instantly locates and highlights all occurrences of any word.

Please Note: Microsoft Explorer (3.x, 4.x, or 5.x), or Netscape Navigator (3.x or 4.x), are needed to view this CD. To display the multi-media elements, two plug-ins are required, which are both included on the CD.
